Brief Introduction of MCE Grid Membrane Filter
The grid membrane filter is a mixed cellulose disc membrane with mesh, which can block the passage of particles and microorganisms and achieve the effect of purifying microorganisms and particles in the liquid. Mainly used for culturing colony count, divided into the white membrane with black grid and black membrane with the white grid. It is widely used in microbiological testing of beer, food, juice, milk, and pharmaceuticals.
Most suitable for microbial retention and growth, microbial viability> 90%;
Membrane with grid lines, easy to distinguish and count colonies, and does not affect the growth of colonies;
Single sterile packaging, direct use, saving sterilization time, to avoid secondary pollution in the operation;
Different color combinations of membrane and grid lines are suitable for different microbiological tests. The White membrane with black lines of 0.45μm, used for Escherichia coli and bacteria colony count; black membrane with the white grid of 0.45μm, mainly for mold and yeast total count test.
Aseptic filtration, air detection, particle detection, particle removal;
Microbiological analysis of deionized water;
Particle detection, particle removal, microbiological detection of dairy products, yeasts, molds;
Fluid quality analysis, particle collection, and analysis.
